Milbank Puzzle Competition Slated
The Grant County Public Library invites the public to participate in a puzzle competition on Wednesday, November 4, beginning at 1 p.m. Teams of up to four people will race to see who can complete a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle in the shortest amount of time. Space is limited, and spots are expected to fill quickly. Pie will also be served during the event.
The library offers a large assortment of puzzles available for checkout for those wishing to sharpen their puzzle solving skills or simply enjoy this popular pastime. Jigsaw puzzles provide an enjoyable way to exercise the brain and can help improve memory and mood while reducing stress and anxiety.
The library also welcomes donations of gently used puzzles with no missing pieces.
Teams are encouraged to stop by the library in Milbank or call 605-432-6543 to reserve a spot in the competition.
