PURSUANT TO DUE CALL AND NOTICE THEREOF, a special meeting of the City Council was duly held at City Hall, November 24, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Pat Raffety. Councilmen Mindy Rogers, Roger Briggs, John Weyh, Craig Weinberg, Josh Karels and Mike Hanson. Absent: None. Present from the staff: John Forman, Dan Keyes, Kevin Schuelke, and Cynthia Schumacher.  Public present: Holli Seehafer.

Mayor Raffety called the meeting to order and roll call was taken.

The Council discussed the proposed budget. A motion was made and seconded to approve the first reading of Ordinance 845-2023 Appropriations as amended, brining fund totals to: General (101) - $5,959,785. 3rd Penny (211) - $216,557. 2nd Penny (212) - $2,818,000. Water (602) - $1,151,250. Wastewater (604) - $628,000.  Motion carried by roll call, 6-0.

A motion was made and seconded to go into Executive Session pursuant to 1-25-2(1), personnel. Motion carried 6-0. Mayor called the Council out of Executive Session. No action was taken.  

Adjourn – The next regular meeting will be December 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 8:00. Motion carried 6-0.
