Council Proceedings

 

The LaBolt Town Council met December 2, 2019 at the LaBolt Fire Hall.  Present were Justin Siderewicz, Larry Erp, Jon Wold, Barb Ellingson and John Wollenberg.  

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.

The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved. The treasurer’s report was given and approved. 

The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund:

Northwestern Energy $10.00; Otter Tail Power $239.71 (Street Lights); Otter Tail Power $7.03 (LaBolt sign); Otter Tail Power $77.47 (Fire Hall); Grant County Review $9.71; Otter Tail Power $10.83 (Campsite); Brookings Rural Water $25.00; SD Municipal League $88.91; Carquest $5,429.62; Main Street Design $109.00; SD Finance Officer Assoc. $40.00; Main Street Design $123.00.

Jon Wold – No report on the ponds

John Wollenberg reported that he tightened the windows on the cabin so that they would not leak during the winter.

Barb reported that the park had a good year and we are looking forward to spring and next summer.

The sewers were pumped on November 13 and 14, 2019.

The park has been closed and the gate is locked until next spring.

Next meeting will be Monday, January 6, 2020 at 7 PM.
