LaBolt Town  Council Proceedings • February 6, 2023

 

 

 

 

The LaBolt Town Council met February 6, 2023 at the LaBolt Hall.  Present were Jon Wold, Kenneth Wold, Larry Erp, John Wollenberg, Barb Ellingson. Danny Berglund, Bill Street and Marty Buttke were guests.

     The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m.

     The minutes from the last meeting were read and approved.  Financial report was given and approved.  

     The following bills were approved for payment from the general fund; Ottertail Power (street lights) $252.59; Ottertail Power (fire hall) $239.40; Ottertail Power (sign) $8.62; Brookings Deuel Water $28.00; Northwestern Energy $10.00; Town of LaBolt $312.00; Barb Ellingson $68.99; Barb Ellingson $78.00; Sioux Valley Co-op $163.50.    

      There was discussion on the cleaning up of Adrian’s lots. Kenne will look into the correct way to handle this situation.

Larry made a motion to change the three lots that the bin was built on from Residential to Industrial.  Jon seconded and motion passed.

Bill Street and Marty Buttke explained about Grant-Roberts Ambulance Company coming to the commission saying they needed money.  The commission is trying to come up with a plan to help them. 

  Jon adjourned the meeting.

     Next meeting will be Monday, March 6, 2023 at 7 p.m.
