Financial Assistance for Cancer Patients

    As it embarks on its 23rd year, the board of directors of It Only Takes A Spark invites cancer patients in Grant County to make application for financial assistance. All new applications should be sent to It Only Takes A Spark, PO Box 105, Milbank, SD 57252.
    Application forms can be obtained from the local pharmacies and Grant County health facilities as well as the Ortonville, MN, hospital. Applications must be accompanied by a pathology report.
    As the Grant County Cancer Board, the disbursement committee of It Only Takes A Spark, is undergoing personnel changes, all inquiries, bills and correspondence as well as applications should be directed to PO Box 105.
