NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on October 3, 2022 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Offices, 1001 E 4th Ave, Milbank, SD  57252 to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use permit requested by Sokota Property Company, LLC.
The request, if granted, would permit a Twin-Home be built on the property and would determine construction/area regulations, Chapter 17.08.04 and 17.08.06.  The property is identified as 1205 S 7th Street, Lot 14 Valley View Addition in NE1/4, City of Milbank, South Dakota, Zoned R1 – Single Family Residential District.  
To address the Board of Adjustment, any property owner or their designee in the City of Milbank may notify and provide feedback and any materials to the Zoning Officer by noon on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment, this allows adequate follow-up time to address received feedback.  Email correspondence to cityadministrator@ milbanksd.com, or file written comments through the City Administrator at, 1001 E 4th Ave, Suite 301, Milbank South Dakota.
