NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Grant County Board of Adjustment on Monday, October 17, 2022, at 4 p.m. in the Grant County Courthouse Community Room (basement) to consider in full or in part the following conditional use permit request by Geraldine Adolph DBA Skyview Construction Co LLC on the following legally described property: Lot 1 Adolph's 1st Addn In Govt Lts 5 & 6 & In SE ¼ NW ¼ & NE ¼ SW ¼ in Former Reservation Section 6-120-51 (Lura Township) Grant County, South Dakota

• Conditional Use Permit Application, CUP08182022, Pursuant to Section 1101.03.18: Conditional Uses in the “A” Agricultural Zoning District #18 – Home Extended Business. The applicant, Geraldine Adolph DBA Skyview Construction Co LLC is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a Home Extended Business.

Written comments may be filed by emailing the County Zoning Officer at steve.berkner@ grantcountysd.us or by mailing them to the Zoning Officer at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252 on or before noon on October 14, 2022.
