NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE

CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT

 

Whereas, the Finance Officer has submitted to the Town Board, an estimate of special assessment against the property as hereinafter set out for the collection which includes the expenses of levying such special assessment against the said property:

Owner: Cory D. and Amber F. Struckman

Property: Berg’s Second ADDN Lot 16 and S1/2 of Lot 17 Block 3

Amount: $1,740.00

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Stockholm, Grant County, South Dakota met at the Stockholm Community Center on October 4, 2021 at 7 p.m. for the purpose of approving such assessment, if correct, or if not correct, to modify and correct the same, and thereafter approve such amount as modified and corrected, and file such assessment roll.
