CITY OF MILBANK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
    Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on September 9, 2019, at 5:30 PM, in the City Offices to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance requested by Dorinne Bjerke.
    The request is for a variance of Chapters 17.23.01, General Residential District.  If granted the variance would allow a fence to be built on a corner lot, the property is known as 207 S 9th Street, Flynns Addition Block 3 Lot 5, Milbank, SD, Zoned R-2, General Residential District.
    All persons interested therein may appear and be heard before the Board of Adjustment at said hearing or may file written comments with the City Administrator, 1001 East 4th Ave, Milbank South Dakota, prior to said hearing.
