NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on November 2, 2020 at 6:00 P.M., by Zoom Teleconference to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance permit requested by James D. Lusk, Jr.
The request is for a variance of 17.27.01 and 17-09-06, Yard Requirements and Area Regulations, General Residential District. If granted the variance would allow a landing/deck that extends into the front yard setback.  The property is known as Residence Park Addition Lot 9 Block 5 of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota. The property is zoned R-2, General Residential District.
