NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON A PROPOSED VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on July 6, 2020 at 6:00 P.M., by Zoom Teleconference to consider in full or in part the following proposed variance permit requested by Anthony Vojta.
The request is for a variance of 17.24.01 Allowable Use, Height/Placement Regulations, Single Family Residential District. If granted the variance would allow a detached accessory structure be built, 12’x24’, within the required rear and side yard setback.  The shed would have a zero lot line setback to the west property line and a five foot lot line setback to the rear/north property line. The property is known as 303 Highland Drive, Highland Heights Addition Resubdivision Lot 12 Block 6, City of Milbank, Grant County. The property is zoned R1, Single Family Residential District.
