NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON A PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE AND VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on September 14, 2020 at 5:30 P.M., by Zoom Teleconference to consider in full or in part the following proposed conditional use and variance permit requested by Dakota Country Feed & Seed.
The request is for a conditional use permit for erecting bin storage containers per 17.24.8.7, and a variance in height of the bin storage containers per 17.13.06, Highway Business District. If granted the conditional use would allow bin storage containers and the variance would allow the bin storage containers to exceed the allowable height. Six bin storage containers 40’ tall. The property is known as 204 W 10th Avenue, Redman Acres Lot 9 including Lot FE and Lots 10 & 11 & 16.5’ of Vacated Street W, City of Milbank, Grant County. The property is zoned B-3, Highway Business District.
