NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE SPECIAL

ASSESSMENTS

WHEREAS, the Finance Officer has submitted to the City Council an estimate of special assessment against property, as hereinafter set out, for the collection of outstanding balances, which includes the expenses of levying such special assessment against the said property:

Owner: Leroy and Patricia Rodengen Estate

Property: 315 W. 7th Ave., Lot 9, Block 6, West End Addition, Original Townsite, Milbank. Parcel No. 26.22.06.09

Amount: Property Standards and Fire Call $1,300 + $20.00 handling = $1,320.00

Owner: SLB Milbank LLC, 107 Flynn Dr., c/o Ross Lerner, PO Box 264, Milbank, SD.

Property: 107 Flynn Drive, Lot 1 and Block 1 and 2, Flynn’s Second Addition, Milbank, Grant County. Parcel No. 26.60.04.12H, 26.60.04.12I.

Amount: Property Standards and Fire Calls $10,368.75 + $20.00 handling = $10,388.75

Owner: Stephanie Brown, 3019 Linden Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93305

Property: 904 S. 2nd St., Lot 2, Block 9, Residence Park Addition, Milbank, SD.

Parcel No. 26.18.09.02.

Amount: Property Standards $300 + $20.00 handling = $320.00

Owner: Gilbert Clounie Estate, c/o Jeremy Clounie, PO Box 506, Winchester, ID 83555

Property: 601 S Lincoln St., Lot 8, Block 6, West End Addition, Milbank, SD. Parcel No. 26.22.06.08.

Amount: Property Standards and Utilities $644.40 + $20.00 handling = $664.40

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota, will meet at the City Office on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 6 p.m. for the purpose of approving such estimate, if correct, or if not correct, to modify and correct the same and thereafter approve such estimate as modified and corrected, and file such assessment roll.
