Bids on Surplus Property
Whereas, the City Council of Milbank South Dakota has declared 2014 Ford Police Interceptor 4D SUV 3.7L surplus property of the City of Milbank.  
Therefore, pursuant to the direction of the Milbank City Council, notice is hereby given that the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota will receive sealed bids. To view the vehicle, contact the City Office, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.  
A five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a cashier’s check is required with the bid, balance due upon possession. Said security will be retained by the City of Milbank in the event the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract when notified of the award.  
Bids will be received up to 9 a.m., June 5, 2020 at the City Offices, 1001 East Fourth Avenue, Milbank, South Dakota. Bids will be opened at that time. Consideration of bids will take place at the City Council meeting on June 8, 2020, 7 p.m. at the Visitor Center. The City of Milbank reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities, and make award as deemed to be in the best interest of Milbank South Dakota.
