AND CALL FOR BIDS
MILBANK LEGION FIELD
DUGOUTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota will receive sealed competitive bids for the Legion Field Dugouts.
All supplies will be delivered to 234 N. Dakota St., Milbank, SD 57252 no later than April 1, 2023.
Dugouts shall be of a cantilever design (open front with no posts), heavy duty all steel design. Roof shall be a metal roof with an 8 ft. extension from the back wall. Overall dugout size will be approximately 8 ft wide x 40 ft long. Posts shall be 4” x 4” heavy duty steel uprights spaced at approximately 7 ft. to be surface mounted to a concrete platform. Posts shall also include a 2-inch wide channel, allowing for insertion of stone or concrete panels between the posts. All metal parts shall be powder coated in a color acceptable to the owner. Bid does not include installation. Installation will be by others. Bid will be for two dugouts.
The Lump Sum Bid shall include freight to the delivery location for all metal parts.
No bid or performance security is required.
Bids may be entered on individual company letterhead or quote sheets.
Bids will be received up to the hour of 11:45 a.m., CDT, on Friday, September 2, 2022, at the City Offices, 1001 East 4th Avenue, Suite 301, Milbank, SD 57252. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. No bids will be received after the specified hour and date.
Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as Bid for Legion Field Dugouts. The envelope should also bear on the outside, the name and address of the Bidder.
Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them. The City of Milbank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities as deemed to be in the best interest of Milbank, South Dakota.
