The Big Stone City council met in special session on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. Meeting began at 5:00 p.m. with Mayor Wiik presiding. Roll call:  Roscoe, Athey, Stoddard, Redfield, Brown, present. Longhenry, absent. Others present: Maria Loughlin and Bryan Austin.
The Pledge of Allegiance and the South Dakota State Pledge were recited.  Motion to accept the minutes from the December 7th meeting was made by Brown and seconded by Redfield . All in favor, motion carried.

Motion to pay the presented claims was made by Stoddard and seconded by 
Redfield. All in favor. Motion carried.  
    A motion was made by Redfield to approve the second reading of Ordinance No 2020-11, Supplemental Appropriations Ordinance and seconded by Roscoe. All in favor, Motion carried.

Discussion on insurance at the city office and municipal liquor was made on increasing city properties value. Further discussion needed.
A motion was made to approve wages for 2021.
Being no further business a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Athey and seconded by Redfield. Motion carried.
