Extended Hours at Rubble Site
City of Milbank officials announced that the Milbank rubble site will be open for extended hours on Saturday, October 22, and Saturday, October 29. The site will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on those days to accommodate residents’ fall cleanup disposal needs.
