Early this week, Milbank residents received new garbage carts from Waste Management, the firm that recently purchased Wittrock and Son. The firm is making some changes in the handling of the community’s trash, such as switching from pick up twice weekly to a once-a-week pick up. For details, see the ad inside the March 3 issue.
