Scott D. Kuefler and heirs and Devisees of the Estate of Scott D. Kuefler and Grant County, and any person in possession.

Defendants.

A Non-Monetary Judgment of Foreclosure was entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, which judgment was filed with the Clerk of Courts of Grant County, South Dakota, on July 25, 2022 in the amount of $19,000.80, for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to said judgment that the real property described in the Real Estate Mortgage dated September 17, 2010, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Grant County, South Dakota, on September 20, 2010, in Book 378, at Page 71, as Instrument Number 220586, which Scott D. Kuefler, mortgagor, executed and delivered to First Bank & Trust, mortgagee, for the property located at 656 Main Street, Big Stone City, SD 57216, and legally described as:

Lots 3, 4, 5 and 9 feet of the vacated alley adjacent to said lots, Block 59, Consolidated Plat, Big Stone City, Grant County, South Dakota

in order to realize the amount of the above-referenced judgment, plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount, together with the costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction, subject to easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash under the direction of the Grant County Sheriff, at the Grant County Courthouse, First Floor, located at 210 East 5th Avenue, Milbank, South Dakota 57252, on October 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
