Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M.
Board Members Present: Rodney, Travis
Others Present: Tom, Bob, 
Minutes of May meeting read; no additions or corrections. Motion to accept May minutes by Travis, 2nd by Rodney. 
Old Business:  
Discussion regarding obtaining a City Attorney; research to on-going.
Some maintenance needed to pump house; someone planning to complete the work.
Teardown and disposal of old pumphouse will occur once the ground dries.
An offer was made by a private individual to assist in costs associated with cleaning up fire damaged buildings on Main Street. Travis will follow up with property owners regarding the offer.
No other old business.
New Business: 
The old gas station (near the Bar) is creating a potential safety concern – Rodney fenced it off for now. Board will try to contact property owner for clean up.
No other new business.
**Monthly water flush will be completed on the 1st of each month through the summer months.**
Bills: Ottertail: TBD; SD DOH: $30; Chuck: $92.35; April: $323.22  - Motion to pay bills by Travis; 2nd by Rodney. 
Motion to adjourn by Rodney, with 2nd by Travis.
Next meeting: July 11th at 6:30 P.M.
